BEL 20ft shelter is constructed with sandwich panel walls and steel frame skeleton. Sandwich panels are manufactured using hot press bonding technology. Pre-coated aluminum sheets over rigid polyurethane foam core and structural members at defined locations from the sandwich panel cross section. Walls are joined using high strength blind rivets. Steel ISO corners are used at the eight corners of the shelter for handling and transportation.

These shelters are used as command and control station for radar, and other military applications. Shelter can be fitted with air-conditioners, NBC filtration system and other required utilities including electrical wiring and distribution box.
